Meet Our Team

Patrice Gregory

Facility Administrator

Patrice is a healthcare professional with an impressive background. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Arkansas State University, specializing in Medical Science, and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Maryland. Additionally, she is a licensed vocational nurse with extensive knowledge and experience in nursing.

Patrice served in the United States Army where she developed leadership skills and dedication to serving others. She continues to be a valuable member of the Medina Valley team and contributes to our organization’s success. Patrice is a devoted wife and mother, and she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, exploring the outdoors, and staying active.

Clarissa Morales, RN

Clarissa Ann Morales is a Speech Language Pathologist and Director of Rehabilitation at Medina Valley Health and Rehabilitation. She graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas with a Bachelors degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2004. After graduation, Clarissa began working as a Speech Therapy Assistant at Pearsall ISD. While working full-time, Clarissa began furthering her education to obtain her Master’s Degree in Communication Science and Disorders. She graduated from Texas Woman’s University Distance Education Program with a 4.0 in May 2008. After graduation, Clarissa continued to work in school districts and eventually transferred to her hometown of Devine, Texas. In 2009, after working in schools for 5 years, Clarissa made the decision to transition to the geriatric population and started her first job in geriatrics at Medina Valley Health and Rehabilitation.
